Youth and you.
"Youth does not go away,
It's given away,
Dedicated to the past,
It is lost at last,
When one admits defeat,
Not a second before,
There is always an encore.
Take yourself on a trip,
Down the city,
Breath the life,
See the folks that roam the roads,
And the souls that move with the tide,
Your ship sails your own way,
Your chains are your own creation,
Anchored in reality,
Yet you are the co-producer of that reality,
Throwing off prior banality,
You are still an originality,
You are you,
You are the name you give yourself,
The attitude you devote yourself to,
The life that you make come true.
Send life a message and say,
It's your way or the high-way.
Freedom is not earned by letting go of the world,
But by embracing it,
Talk to the strangers,
Dance to the music,
In soul and mind,
And you may find,
That the world is a reflection of you.
And your dreams that come true,
Are built on the motions you do.
Take one person at a time,
See what you like,
And decide you like them for that,
People don't always say it in so many words,
Yet they know how you think of them,
It's in the way you smile,
The way you look at them,
The manner in which you greet,
In the way you walk amongst them.
Be free. "
